DISCLAIMER POLICY:

Acceptance of purchase order constitutes an agreement based solely upon Everest's terms and conditions regardless of any terms or conditions set forth on purchase order. Everest shall not bear responsibility for shortages unless reported 3 days from date of the receipt. All styles are subject to change without notice.

FREIGHT/ DELIVERY POLICY:

Everest will attempt to route all shipments specified on purchase order. If none is specified, Everest will select the most direct and inexpensive carrier for delivery. Everest shall not bear responsibilities for delivery delays caused by US Customs, shipping carriers or weather conditions. All transfers of shipment to a recognized carrier will result in their full responsibility and claim of any nature must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.

RETURNS:

All returns must be pre-authorized by Everest, and a restocking charge of 15% may be applicable on non-printed items. Return of all defective products should be made with description of defect. Everest will repair or replace the product at our option. Everest will not be liable for cost to replace products with embroidery and/or silk-screened print.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Net 30 days on approved credit, bank certified check, money order or pre-payment. All major credit cards accepted.

SILKSCREEN PRINT/ EMBROIDERY:

Standard production time is 10 working days upon receipt of order and artwork. Production time is subject to change depends on quantity and design complexity. Please inquire for details and pricing at 800-345-4755.
